Yes, when you are in Community, Hours, see the year below next to the arrows. These arrows will take you back to previous years.

Can I upload documents or attachments into the Employee Volunteer Form?
Yes you can upload any documents describing the training in the attachments section (emails are fine).
Is there any way to get additional information about Kadince or assistance?
Click support on the left side of your screen and another screen will pop up that can assist you.
When can I do my volunteer time?
You can volunteer on work time if it is okay with your supervisor an you can volunteer on your personal time.
If you performed a financial literacy training what should you note on the Employee Volunteer Form?
Financial literacy training, please make sure to note details (where and to whom) in the Description.
What qualifies your volunteering time as CRA volunteering?
The time must be performed on behalf of the bank and involve using the employee's financial services expertise to benefit the bank's assessment area, especially low-to-moderate-income (LMI) communities.
Does everyone that is located in your office that volunteers time get credited to your branches score card?
No, only Community Banking Members are counted.
What do you do if your organization does not populate for you to enter your hours?
Contact Marketing to have the organization added. Tim Kane can also do this for you.

Click the drop down arrow and choose from one of the four options given to you. Click on the one that describes your activity the best.

What type of volunteering can we do that will count towards things we can log in Kadince?
Activities like volunteering with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, serving on a nonprofit board, or providing financial education can qualify for CRA credit, as long as they meet these criteria and are appropriately documented. NSB also keeps track of a variety of other local events that employees take part in.
