It is the MINIMUM SUBTOTAL that a client signs a contract agreeing to spend on food & beverage in order to have private space on a particular day and time.

This amount varies depending on the day, time, and amount of space the client needs. It can range from $500 for a lunch all the way up to $10,000+ for a full-restaurant buyout.

Tablecloths should be remove first before setting tables.

The server should approach the host and ask if there are any add-ons that they'd like to purchase. Bottles of wine/butcher to go. Several take-home options. If not, an "unmet minimum fee" must be charged. 

Gifts cards CAN NOT be purchased to help food and beverage minimum.

Groups meeting contracted food & beverage minimums are non-negotiable. Unless approved by Sales Manager/General Manager.
