What is conflict resolution and what happens during conflict resolution? 

Conflict Resolution: It is a formal or informal process that two or more parties use to find a peaceful solution to their dispute.

What happens: Students will meet one on one to discuss any issues or conflicts they may have with another individual.

When ready, students and/or staff will sit down together to voice their concerns and work towards an understanding in order to move forward in a positive manner.
