- check with the other staff to see if they have seen the child
- message program director on Slack immediately to call parents

If a child hits their head we call home immediately to inform parents!
If a behavior is reoccurring, what is something that the staff should do?
- Ask for strategies from parents
- Ask Program Director for support and to do observations

What is something you should always be mindful of when working with children and planning activities?
Every child is different and not all children will enjoy the same activities. Encourage children to try new things and to do the planned activities, children may discover a new talent :)
