What is KidStrong?

KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for ages walking thru 11 years old. We focus on Brain, Physical, and Character development. We do this by giving parents the tools to build stronger kids at our centers and at home.

Our private training centers run classes with custom equipment and KidStrong-Certified Coaches using fun obstacle courses and games. Parents get online training tips and programming for kids to continue making progress at home. In other words, we help kids and parents win at life!
