Making fun of someone based of there apperance, culture, race, or gender
It is not very kind
You and your friends say mean jokes toward eachother and you both laugh it off
It doesn't matter, it is not kind even if you are close friends with them
You see a homeless person and state the obvious and say, "Look, he is homeless," with no bad intent behind those words
No, even though you are saying what you see, itis still is still harmful to the person
