Composed of the brain and spinal cord, and is responsible for receiving and processing information sent from internal and external points of the body.
What is Central Nervous System/CNS?
Blood flow from the body to the heart
What is Systemic Circuit?
When the Diaphragm and external intercostal muscles contract
What is Inspiration?
The reference axis that runs from the front to the back, and works on rotation
What is Anteroposterior?
Plank: Tension is kept in the muscle, but not able to shorten
What is Isometric?
No specific chemical to help with muscle movement
When cardiac muscles are stretched there is a stronger contraction
Gas crosses respiratory membrane by diffusion. Oxygen enters blood and Carbon Dioxide enters alveoli
What is Gas Exchange?
