The Thursday prior to the voting period. This year, that date is Thursday, March 4th, 2026.

Who submits all candidate information for Presidential and Senate tickets, and when is this due?

The Assistant Supervisor of Elections submits this information. It is due for candidates by the end of the Declaration of Candidacy, reviewed by the Commission, and made available until 5:00 PM following the Election Announcements.

They are given 48 hours to comply with the violated statute.
