As someone who has been close with him for around 10 years. I can confidently say that one of Luke's quiet strengths is how naturally he builds trust with the people around him, both clients and teammates. Even while working on technically complex systems, he always centered the human impact, asking things like "Is this actually useful?" or "Would I want to use this if I were the client?" That same care shows up in how he works with other: he's kind, honest, direct, and brings a contagious curiosity to every conversation. Luke's not just fun to work with; he makes the work more fun for everyone else.
