What is a performance evaluation?
DNG’s Performance Review program is intended to recognize employees for their contributions; to ensure that employees receive feedback relative to their performance; and to encourage open discussion between the employee and their supervisor regarding job expectations, goals and future opportunities for growth within the organization. Supervisors and employees are strongly encouraged to discuss job performance and goals on an informal, day-to-day basis. However, written employee performance evaluations are generally conducted annually from the employee date of hire anniversary.

What is job termination?
Employees deciding to terminate their employment relationship with DNG are requested to provide at least two weeks notification in advance of their intended termination date by submitting a written resignation to their immediate supervisor. Sick days may not be used once an employee has provided notice of resignation or received notice of involuntary termination. The employment relationship between an employee and DNG is on an at-will basis. Although we hope our relationships with employees are long and mutually rewarding, both DNG and its employees have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
