The Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that a student's education and financial records are private and confidential. They can be relased only by consent of the student, which can be granted through the student's KSIS account.

EFT is the quickest and safest way to received refunds. If enrolled in EFT, a refund will typically appear in your account within 2-3 days, depending on your bank. Otherwise, a paper check will be issued and mailed to the local address listed in KSIS.
