A weekly Child & Adolescent Mental Health Clinic has been established where a physician, Nurse Practitioner, mental health therapist, school counsellor and patient navigator sit at the same table to discuss and coordinate the care plan of the participating youth.
The Mothers-to-Be Mentorship Program is a free, non-judgmental, 100% voluntary, mentorship program for mothers of all ages. The MTB Mentorship program is part the Parent-Child Assistance Program, an evidence-based program whose primary goal is to prevent future births of alcohol and drug exposed children.
Mentors provide one-on-one support to women to have and raise healthy babies. This program is for women who are pregnant, are planning to become pregnant or who have recently given birth and are using substances and want to make a real, positive change for their future.
