What is Odyssey?
The place to go to search for cases filed against someone.
What is find (then defendant)?
It's what the part of the screen where cases can be initiated or information updated is called.
What is the right panel (main) work area?
On the case summary screen this would be selected to open the document viewer.
What is the file type icon?
To favorite an item you can do this.
What is click on the empty star next to that item?
Alongside Odyssey's launch non exempts attorneys will be required to efile through this.
What is Odyssey File & Serve?
To automatically generate notices you can go to this option.
What is tools (then scheduling)?
The part of the screen that the top level category find is located in.
What is the main menu?
Document viewer controls such as zoom can be found here.
What is the header menu?
This action can be done on an item to see its full menu path.
What is hovering?
Odyssey is fully integrated with this program allowing forms to be easily edited.
What is Microsoft Word?
In order to initiate a new case you can select this menu.
What is add?
The portion of the screen on which you can find screen level actions (such as save or exit).
What is the command legend?
This action can be taken in order to close an open document.
What is hovering over the document name and clicking the X?
By default individual items will appear in this order.
What is the order they were favorited?
This will allow various payments made to the court to be easily tracked.

When you want help finding something go here.
What is menu search?
Tasks and job queues as well as favorites can be found here.
What is the left panel?
Selecting to open a document that is already open will result in this.
What is selecting and activating that document?
In order to delete a favorite you can select this.
What is the manage button?
The general public will be able to view files online through this system.
What is the Odyssey Portal?
By default the selected main menu option turns this color.
What is black?
Setting Odyssey to a smaller resolution will hides the left panel and moves the favorites, tasks, and jobs tabs here.
What is the command legend?
The document viewer can natively display these file types.
What are PDF and TIF?
To save space on your screen you can collapse a group by clicking this.
