What are the attorney's name and bar number?
When first opening a case this tab automatically displays.
What is the summary tab?
These two tabs must be filed out to initiate a case.
What are parties and causes?

What is the welcome screen?
This means "docket entry" in Odyssey.
What is an event?
This notifies you that there's a hearing associated with the event.
What is the H symbol?
To search for an existing party record this is the icon you would click.
What is the magnifying glass?
To enter additional parties on a case you would press this button.
What is "Add Party?"

What is Tyler University?
In order to find out when a trial is scheduled you would look at this tab.
What is the hearings tab?
In remedies sought you would find this information.
What are judgment type (redeemable or non-redeemable) and amount of judgment (if a monetary judgement was granted)?
On the financial tab this button is selected in order to view fees associated with a particular party.
What is "Case fees?"
To note that a party is not represented by an attorney you would do this.
What is check the pro se checkbox (in the modify party dialogue window)?

What is the help menu (under the settings tab)?
When a customer wants to pay into the court registry you would know that you can only accept certified funds because this popped up when you opened the case.
What is a flag?
After initiating a case these two processes automatically occur.
What are fee generation and scheduling of the initial hearing?
When adding payments to a case the symbol to click on is this color.
What is green?
You would press this button as you're adding or editing case information to save the case history instead of replacing it.
What is the plus sign?
If you've gone too far and want to return to a previous screen these can be clicked on.
What are the Odyssey Screen Tabs (in the Command Legend)?
If a party is operating a business you would add a DBA under this field.
What is a name type?
In Odyssey the terms "Plaintiff" and "Defendant" are examples of this.
What is an extended party connection?
These are the two methods of accessing the financial balance of a case.
What is the link on the summary screen or navigating to the financial tab?
When processing a payment these data fields must be edited.
What are payment type, payor, amount, and method?
This is what an experienced with Odyssey staff member who has helped with the transition plan and is available for your questions is called.
What is an SME (Subject Matter Expert)?
Looking at CourtView you see action codes but in Odyssey you would see this.
