Yes, we do. We can request a Dietary Trained Cast Member (DTCM) to come speak with the guest to ensure their order is handled safely. A DTCM can be any leader, coordinator, sous chef, or assistant sous chef.

What does FIFO stand for and why is it important?

First In First Out. This ensures products are being monitored and rotated to keep the oldest products from going bad.

Walk me through the steps of charging a Table Service credit instead of Quick Service credit in the new DSP system. 

When checking the guests out, before charging the account, select view items at the top of the screen and you can select each item, and move them from the QSR section and/or the Snack section to the TSR section. Verify when complete before charging the guest.

What is TPHC and why are we using it? 

Time as Public Health Control, allows establishments to use time instead of temperature to control the growth of bacteria on time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods. It provides a safe, regulated way to hold TCS foods at room temperature for limited periods, preventing rapid multiplication of pathogens and subsequent foodborne illness, which can occur if food is left in the "temperature danger zone"

Verify you are logged into the correct My Disney Experience account with the Dining Plan attached. Place the mobile order in the app and when checking out, verify the Dining Plan is being used as the payment option.

How do I set up a resort PIN through My Disney Experience?

In the app, find MagicBands & Cards under Account. from there, they can select which band/card that needs pin resetting. They will select reset, enter the new 4-digit pin code twice, then select confirm.

Do we have a pin board here?

While we do not have a pin board, our cast members are encouraged to wear the pin lanyard while working the dining room positions (dining room, main bev island, greeters, dishes and trash in between runs)

How can I view my Dining Plan in the My Disney Experience App and keep track of how many meals I am using on my vacation? 

In the hotel reservation section in the app, select "check dining plan" and you can see how many meals remain. You can also view the history of the Dining Plan usage.

How do I setup “MagicMobile Entry”?

In the My Disney Experience App, select the 3 stacked icons located at the bottom of the screen and scroll down to account. There, there is an option that reads "Set Up MagicMobile Entry". By selecting this, the guest can add their room key/MagicBand to their Apple/Google wallet.

How do you use a Disney Coupon and how do you use a No-Strings? 

Coupon: After ringing guest in, select a food item in the cart, select discounts at the bottom of the screen, select which coupon they are using (20%,30%,50%) and scan their blue ID. This process is the same for the 20% cast discount. 

No-String: After ringing the guest in, select checkout, select coupon, enter the 4-digit code on the back of the no-string and then void the coupon. make sure the staple the receipt to the no-string coupon. Guest does NOT get a copy.
