Let's read the following story about Ashley, and name 1 thing her and Josh have in common, as well as 1 thing that is different about them:

Ashley loves to dance. She practiced all summer so she would be ready to perform a solo in the fall. Ashley is very active, and wanted to learn a leap. After working on it for weeks, she finally did it! In the fall, she showed her coach her new skill. Her coach told her it was great! Ashley was so happy.

Similar:

They both play a sport, they both learned a new skill, they both worked hard, they both were happy at the end.

Different:

Josh-soccer, Ashley-dance, Josh tells parents and Ashley tells coach, Josh plays team sport and Ashley performs a solo, Josh learns to shoot goal and Ashley learns a leap

You have 1 minute to read as much of the story as you can:

Growing Pains

Josh loves playing team sports, like soccer.  He plays it as often as he can.  His mother and father think he is hooked on the sport!  Josh is very active and likes to challenge himself.  He has been working hard on shooting the ball.  Josh wants to shoot and hit the top right corner.  He remembers to hit the ball off the top of his foot.  He also points his toe where he wants the ball to go.  He shoots, and he scores in the top right corner.  That evening, Josh tells his parents about his new skill.  His mom tells him how proud she is of him.  She smiles and explains that hard work pays off.

AWESOME!
