How do we punctuate a Complex sentence?
If the subordinating conjunction comes in the middle or at the end of the sentence – no comma is required.
If the subordinating conjunction comes at the beginning of a sentence, a comma is needed after the clause.
What is a Subordinating clause?
A Subordinating clause is another term for a Dependent clause. A Dependent clause cannot stand alone.
