What is our lease cancellation policy?
For active leases, residents must find their own applicant to take over for the remainder of the term. Once they have found someone to take over for them, they will need to send us an email to info@livelapis.com for assistance. (relet)
For future leases, they will need to send an email to info@livelapis.com. We can only help them find an applicant to take over their lease after their floor plan has sold out. (backfill)

What furniture do we provide to residents at Lapis?
In the living room, we provide a couch, two coffee tables, a TV, and a lounge chair. Within the kitchen, we provide a microwave, stove, dishwasher, soft-close cabinets, and fridge. In the bedrooms, we provide a full XL bed, two storage dressers, a desk, ceiling fan, LED mirror, and a chair.
Please walk us through how to do a package audit.
1. Check the LuxerOne website for 'Out of Service' lockers and packages within the 'House' account.
2. Type in codes from House account and open OOS lockers.
3. Log in any packages found under the correct name.
How much does having an ensuite bathroom cost?
