What is an Alien
The term Alien refers to any person who is a non-citizen or national of the US.
Who helped?
Both Mexico and US government were involved. Mexican authorities would provide transportation to return Mexicans into their home country. US government would carry out deportation while provided resources to do so.
Why were they important?
They would give physical and mental support helping those in need.
