Every single time you see Active, we click home quick estimate. If home is passive we only click if the customer requests a home quote.

If customer discloses a loss, advise that we will be pulling a report to verify details of loss. If all information is entered (name etc.), check verified and move on w/o discussing. If an incident has no driver listed, develop the driver for that incident.
