Explain the difference between exclusion states and non-exclusion states.
Household members in exclusion states MUST be listed as a driver or excluded from the policy. In non-exclusion states, we can leave off household members only if that person does not regularly operate the customer's vehicle, has their own vehicle and insurance, and we can document the carrier.
Explain how uninsured motorist coverage works so a customer would understand it.
If an uninsured motorist causes an accident, this coverage will help pay out for any bodily injury or property damage (assuming UMPD is available in that state) caused in the incident, up to your policy limits. It also covers hit and run accidents if the other driver can be identified.

Every single time you see Active, we click home quick estimate. If home is passive we only click if the customer requests a home quote.
If customer discloses a loss, order CLUE and explain that we will order a report to verify details of loss. If all information is entered (name etc.), check verified and move forward without discussing. If a risk has no driver assigned, develop who was driving in that incident.
