Because nothing is perfect the first time!!! Give youself the chance to learn and practice and get better!!! Remember each person has gifts that are unique to them. Respect and support each other with those things.

Make sure all materials and supplies are in their place. My table should be clean. Back pack on or next to my table. Voice at level 1.
