Who is Kelly Tayles?
This team member provides support on all of our digital products. She works from her home office in Brooklyn, NY.
Who is Tara Hurley?
This team member, based in Minneapolis, leads the creative team that works on all our Free Spirit books and Shell Professional books.
Who is Gino Perfetti?
This team member has been the creative lead on our 180 Days series and designs a student activity page like no one else.
Who is Jill Malcolm?
This team member spends his time searching for the next excellent professional resources to publish under both the Shell and Free Spirit imprints. If you know an educator who wants to write a PD book, he’s your person.
Who is Tom Rademacher?
This team member just celebrated 17 years with TCM. He takes the lead on custom product design, licensed file fulfillment, and digital asset management. If you’re looking for an archived file that no one else can seem to find, he’s your person.
Who is Don Tran?
This team member had the lead role in creating the digital content for Focused Phonics, including developing the Hammy the Hamstronaut game and the PD videos. He works from his home office in the Pittsburg area.
Who is Stephen (Steve) Donnelly?
This team member works closely with our sales team and operations team, and knows better than anyone what we mean by “peak season” as the manager of our custom division.
Who is Christine Kinkopf?
This team member has brought her creative skills to TCM for over 17 years. She had been the design lead on many key TCM products, including Focused Phonics.
Who is Robin Erikson?
These four team members are all former teachers, and they bring their classroom know-how to our TCM curriculum and Shell Classroom products as editorial leads.
Who are Andrew Greene, Lynette Ordoñez, Sarah Garza, and Leslie Reichert?
This talented trio is responsible for copy editing and manuscript prep. They work closely with freelance proofreaders and make updates to the products in production. If you have a question about grammar or our house style guides, ping one of them.
Who are Alyssa Lochner, David Slayton, and Avery Rabedeaux?
This team member is the newest member of our creative team. She supports on file updates. She works hybrid from the HB office and is expecting her third baby any day.

Who is Deidra Purvis?
This team member joined our team as a Teacher in Residence last summer. After supporting TCM curriculum development for nearly a year, she is now the newest member of our custom team.

These team members are responsible for creating and maintaining product data and Bills of Materials in NetSuite.

Although not a former teacher, this team member brings her editorial knowledge and skills to our TCM curriculum products, working primarily on student books for TCM kits.
