inspire and motivate them, let everyone know you can come to them to ask questions, be a good listener, be understanding, etc.

no collaboration, not everyone is doing their share of the work, poor listening skills, etc.
Why is creating change so important?
change is always needed, results in improvements, nothing will become different if we do not work towards creating change, increase peoples comfort, etc.
Why is researching organizations and spreading awareness of these organizations so valuable?
spread the word, increase the knowledge of other people, gets more people involved, learning experience, more support, educational, more chances of a difference being made, etc.
