Integrity is the willingness to do what is right, even when no one is looking.

Being faithful means being true and doing what you say you will do. In the first line of the oath you are saying that you understand what you are getting yourself into by joining CAP.

What is commitment?
Having a goal and sticking with the goal until fruition.
Break promises and soon you will see yourself as a liar. Having a warrior spirit means you have a clear conscience, and you will take pride in your actions.

Putting the needs of the team and of the people we help over our own wants and desires. Showing "selflessness." The difference between "giving" and "taking."

If you are asked to report to an officer and the door is closed, what do you do?
1) Make sure your uniform is in proper order
2) Knock on the door twice, and wait for permission to enter
3) Proceed to halt to 2 paces forward
4) Salute and address properly, "Sir, Cadet ____"
How do emotions drive your attitude?
They can put you in a good mood, positive mood, or bad mood. If your happy you will be more positive. If you are angry you will be in a bad/grumpy mood. The state of mind that lies behind your every action.
Attitude is everything!
What is Environment of Trust and Respect?
If you and the people around you display a level of the warrior spirit you will be creating an environment of trust and respect. You will develop a higher friendship with the people around you.
What does respect mean?
You treat someone the way you want to be treated. Polite and kind-customs and courtesies. Spirit of tolerance.

There is a right way and a wrong way to wear the uniform. You commit and promise to wear the uniform to represent CAP and the USAF.
