Nasus's Wither is strong because it is an incredibly strong movement speed slow on a target that increases over time.  What else does it do to the target?

It also slows their attack speed.  Reducing a targets attack speed is known as "crippling". Master Yi's ult and Sejuani's passives prevent movement speed slows AND crippling effects.

What do the following champions have in common?

They are all Freljordian champions.  Before Trundle's visual and lore update, he was just a regular troll, not an ice troll.

Azir has a combo where he dashes to a soldier, moves the soldier mid dash to behind the enemy team, and then ults the enemy team towards his team.  What has the community named this combo?

The Shurima Shuffle.  The E-Q combo was actually originally a bug, but everyone liked it so they kept it in as a feature.

What mechanic was removed from these three champions when they got mini-reworked?

They all had their silences removed.  Blitzcrank also had his silence removed briefly, but they decided to bring it back, as it provided a brief moment where enemies couldn't use an ability to dodge his Q.

Who is known as the Unkillable Demon King?

Faker! He also has a ~$500 Ahri skin to commemorate this achievement.  After the release of this skin, Her average ban rate jumped from 8.41% to 20.58% globally across all ranks, in under 48 hours.

What do the following champions have in Common?

They have infinitely Stacking Passives!  Thresh and Senna also have an in-game quest that can occur if they are on opposing teams, where they can potentially steal a portion of the other's souls.

What is Jinx's original name?

Powder!  Besides Arcane, the only other place that has referenced this is Legends of Runeterra, where Ekko calls her Powder.  It is also theorized that her minigun is called Pow-Pow as a reference to this name!

I'm playing Lux.  I want to maximize my damage.  I use Q to root the target, use my e and trigger it's explosion while they are rooted, Ult the target, and then auto to trigger my passive.  What did I do wrong?

You would want to auto the rooted target before triggering your E.  This way, all three applications of Lux's passive would be triggered!

This mid-lane champion's Q used to bounce to hit 5 enemies total.  Now it only bounces to 3 total.

Katarina!  On top of this change, the Q also used to apply a mark on each enemy hit, which would trigger extra damage on Katarina's next ability against them.

A player will be eternally recognized, as the combo of flashing behind an enemy carry as Lee Sin and ulting the carry towards your team is named after them.  Who is this player?

Insec.  This originally just referred to Lee Sin kicks, but has evolved into any situation where the you knock an enemy into your team, such as with Janna Ult!

300

What is the maximum duration that an ashe ult can stun for?  (No Brittle/Athema or similar effects)

3.5 seconds.  This is achieved when the ult travels at least 2800 units.  Or about 25.5 teemos.

300

Who is Katarina's Sister?

Cassiopeia!  While in the crypts of Shurima, she was bitten by a tomb guardian, whose venom transformed her into a viper-like predator.

300

Sure I can flash and then cast my E on a target as Ahri to get the jump on someone, but I can probably do something that will give the enemy even less time to react.  What would that be?

Buffer your E by casting it before you flash, and then flashing.  This gives the enemy less time to react.  Many champions can do this, such as Alistar buffering his Q.

300

What Pre-Rework champion am I describing?

This champion's Q had them rise in the air, and then launch down, knocking up targets in the center of the collision radius.

Their W was a toggleable effect on their Auto attacks.

Their E shot out two converging beams of energy, slowing and damaging targets hit.

Their ult was about the same as it is now.

Aatrox!  Riot tried their damnest to keep the revive effect that Aatrox originally had, but after what felt like a million reworks of it, they eventually removed it from the game.

Who won Worlds in 2016?

SK Telecom T1!  The skins for the winning team were SIGNIFICANTLY better than the previous years, where riot even made a video explaining how they changed approaches to designing the worlds champion skins.

I'm playing Janna.  I didn't interact with the enemy champion at all, nor did I interact with an ally champion, yet I got the kill gold on the enemy.  I have no items or runes.  How did this happen?

You shielded a turret that did the finishing blow on the champion!  This gives Janna Kill participation.

400

Where are Qiyana and Milio from?

Ixtal!  This area wasn't really mentioned a lot in the League universe until the release of Qiyana.  Now, even the new Skarner shows the Ixtal's symbol when he ults!

When Xayah and Rakan are on the same team, they can recall together, and when Xayah uses her W, Rakan also gains part of the effects.

What other bonus do they get together?

Rakan's E has a longer cast range when targeting Xayah!   These combo-specific advantages were too strong, so they significantly nerfed Xayah's W bonus.  However, for Rakan they instead just buffed his e when it wasn't targeting Xayah.

400

Morgana's W didn't always deal bonus damage based on how low the target was.  Instead, it had this additional affect, which actually made it benificial to use it before landing your Q on the target.

It used to shred Magic Resistance!  This was especially effective against ranged champions, as back in the day, almost all ranged champions had 30 MR that didn't scale with level.

Pulling off an insane nexus kill on Kassidin, this player's name is now a term used to describe when a player kills the enemy nexus with barely any time/life to spare, dodging everything they possibly could have.

Xpeke!  Here's some random facts about him I found:

  • His favorite TV show is "Lost".
  • His favorite band is "Sum 41".
  • His favorite movie is "Layer Cake".

Whose Passive is this Icon for?

Skarner!  Skarner's new Dance is a reference to crab Rave.

The Freljord

I'm Hwei.  I want to maximize my damage to the target.  I use my W-E to enchant my attacks and abilities, then I use my EE, QQ, and Ult, then finish with an auto attack.  What did I do wrong? (Hint: I didn't use any of the wrong abilities)

You should have auto'd while you still have stacks of your W-E enchant.  If you auto with a W-E enchant, that will put a stack of your passive on the enemy.  This stack doesn't apply if your bonus W-E damage is only triggered through abilities.

Before Karma's Rework, her ultimate did relatively the same thing as before (buffing her other abilities), except for what key difference?

Her ult used to have 2 charges!  One of the main reasons why they reworked her was because her old kit needed items/AP to be effective, but supports just didn't get a whole lot of gold back then.

This new LCS team in 2016 was expected to be a top team, almost like a Dream Team, and they were dominating for the first 6 weeks.  Once they lost one game, however, the team started to fall apart, and eventually ended up in Third Overall.

Immortals!  Fun TheFanged Fact, this was the only time I ever did a fantasy draft for League of legends, and put I like everything into players on the Immortals team...
