Nicely ask if all the children are theirs and have a friendly conversation that states that the L&P is a benefit of membership and should not be responsible for children who are in your care professionally. If they do not understand fill out a "Follow-Up Card."

Yes, as long as the child is on a family plan they can be checked in by any adult member.
