Susan wants to know if 6/34 and 3/6 are equavilent fractions. Do you think they are equavilent or not? Explain to Susan how you figured it out.
6/34 and 3/6 are not equvialent fractions. I figured that out by doing the LCM (least common multiple) of the two denominators which are 34 and 6. Six cannot go into 34, so therefore, 6/34 and 3/6 are not equavilent fractions.
