Webtools and the campus card site are showing different print balances for a client. What's going on and who do you call?

A client is unable to add money to her account via the black cash boxes or using her credit card on the campus card site. Her MUN Login credentials are working fine, and you can successfully add money to her account using the loaner card. What could be going on here, and how should you escalate the issue?

Trick question - lots of possible solutions :)

  • The client’s campus card could be expired. Contact David Edison

  • The client’s account could have been created manually, meaning her printing credentials will need to be updated manually, too. Contact David Edison.

  • This could be an ABA issue. Escalate to any supervisor, and they will take a look

  • Try swiping the student's card using the Loaner Card Transaction tool in Webtools. This will associate the card with their account, and may solve the issue.
