Customer shall maintain insurance coverage of at least 100% of their cash value while storing. 

What is section 21. "Customer shall maintain comprehensive insurance coverage of at lease 100% of the actual cash value of all personal property stored in the space against damage by water, fire, extended coverage perils, vandalism, and burglary... Customer bears all risk of loss or damage."

Customers shall notify operator of address or phone number change. 

What is section 31. "Customer shall notify operator of any change in customer's address or phone number within 10 days of the change... Failure by customer to notify operator shall constitute a waiver by customer of any defense based on failure to receive any notice."

Unauthorized vehicles can be towed

What is customer further agrees that any unauthorized vehicles may be removed by operator at customer's expense and that operator shall not be liable to customer for such removal.
