The color of the Sun's photosphere.  The photosphere is the light emitting portion of the Sun.  This brilliant layer is covered by another layer that is pink, but due to the intense energy of the photosphere the Sun is this color.  Its color correlates to its size and mass which also is an indication of the temperature it maintains.

What is yellow?

State known as The Natural State.  The only state in America with an active diamond mine that visitors may take home their finds.

What is Arkansas?

An organ with a strong acid creates an environment for the enzyme pepsin to break proteins into amino acids is located here.  When the acid penetrates the mucous lining of this structure it is called an ulcer.  When this acid leaves this organ it burns in a sensation called heartburn.

The Sun emits electromagnetic radiation that travels at 300,000,000 m/s.  This speed was first calculated by Albert Einstein and much of his work has been validated by observations by technologies developed after his death.  He called this speed the Universal Speed Limit because theoretically nothing can move faster than this.

What is the speed of light, or light speed?

State known as The Golden State for the 1849 Gold Rush that occurred there.  It is better known now for its giant cities and trees known as Giant Sequoias.

What is California?

200

Precipitation that is in crystalline form as it falls by spinning toward Earth.  It lands and does not break due to its strength from geometry and the spiraling flight pattern that allows it to have a low terminal velocity.

What is snow?

This part of the human has relatively few touch sensory nerves.  It is the home to cognition, perception, and sensation.  When the chemistry within this structure does not function properly it can result in mania or depression disorders.

What is the brain?

This is the slowest moving fish.  It lives in the ocean around the Bahamas.  It is unusual in that the male delivers the offspring which makes it quite unique in the animal kingdom.

What is a Sea Horse?

The Sun has 99.9% of this in the solar system.  This thing the Sun has causes all objects in the solar system to rotate around it.  According to Einstein, is causes a depression in spacetime that causes objects to "fall" toward it.  According to Sir Isaac Newton, this is directly proportional to the Sun's mass.

What is gravity?

State known as The Land of Enchantment.  It bears this name to its mystical traditions associated with the ancient cultures that lived there.  The oldest settlement in North America named Acoma is located at the foot of a revered structure known as Enchanted Mesa.  The mesa traditionally was the place where the Acoma peoples fled a global flood.

What is New Mexico?

Precipitation that forms in a tall, storm cloud.  It falls as a liquid that is blown to the cloud top ,by updraft within the cloud, and freezes.  It falls again collecting moisture and is once again blown by the high winds to the cloud top.  This pattern repeats until it is heavy enough to fall to the surface of Earth.

What is hail?

300

The largest organ of the human body.  It is filled with glands for evaporative cooling and covered with fibrous proteins for retention of thermal energy.  Some of its locations have many nerves and some have few.  It forms the first barrier against infection from pathogens.

What is the skin?

A slow moving block of ice.  It typically grinds away soil beneath it as it moves that is called till.  It is responsible for carving out the Great Lakes of North America.  The process of pieces of these breaking and falling into the sea is called calving.

What is a glacier?

400

The most common state of matter.  The Sun, and other stars, have immense amounts of this matter making it the most common state although it is rarely found on Earth because it would kill people and other living things.

What is plasma?

State known as the Show Me State.  Obviously skepticism abounded for the inhabitants of this area.  However, this may be more closely related to the beginning point of exploration of the Louisiana Purchase beginning here.  This location is now marked by the Gateway Arch found in a major city found here.

What is Missouri?

400

The result of the processes of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.  After it reaches the ground it may be absorbed and stored as groundwater, or it may move across the surface of Earth moving into streams and rivers as runoff that eventually goes into the world ocean.

What is rain?

The life source of humans by delivering oxygen to mitochondria for cellular respiration and collecting carbon dioxide from cellular respiration.  It contains immune system cells like lymphocytes and B cells that are white while other cells of this substance are red.  It has various types such as A, B, O, and AB that can be positive or negative.

What is blood?

The slowest rotating planet.  It actually takes 243 days to turn once on its axis.  It is a terrestrial planet in our solar system.  It is extremely hot due to its dense atmosphere that makes it appear as a brilliant point of light in the night sky to the Earth based observer.  It is named for the Roman goddess of beauty and love.
