WIHS will demonstrate a decrease in exclusionary incidents, including suspensions, and expulsions each year to reach 0 over a 5-year period. If disproportionate demographic differences appear in disciplinary incidents, suspensions, expulsions, WIHS will eliminate those.
50% of WIHS BOD is composed of underrepresented populations, including a range of racial, ethnic, linguistic, ability status, and/or sexual orientation backgrounds by the end of the charter term.
This group has the final authority for academic, financial, and organizational performance of the school.
