The accumulation of excess electric charge on an object; generally produced by friction or induction.

A result of the force exerted by the weight of a fluid on the bottom and parts of the container holding the fluid.
What is hydrostatic pressure?
A measure of the ability of an object to oppose the flow of heat through the object.

When a simple machine is part of a larger system.

The number of states through which a counter sequences before repeating.

Also known as Boolean algebra. These consist of the AND OR and IF operations.

A component made up of a cylinder barrel, end covers, a piston rod, and a steel or stainless steel piston. A device that induces action or motion with compressed air being the medium through which the power is transmitted.

The temperature at which a material changes state from liquid to gas as thermal energy is added to the material.
