How do you set the Diverpak titration on a dishwasher
When the installation is complete, fill the wash tank with fresh water and allow the water to reach to desired temperature 150-160F.
Connect the Uniview and start the machine. Set Menu 23 to 1 and Menu 1 to 1 for Conductivity and Menu 2 to the type of machine (1=Conveyor, 2= Door). Then set Menu 4 to zero so the detergent pump will not feed.
Press the detergent prime button on the D3000 for a few seconds at a time to add detergent to the wash tank. After the reading on Menu 3 stabilizes, stop the machine and take a titration.
Gradually add more detergent and continue titrating until desired titration is achieved.
Program beta units shown on Menu 3 to Menu 4. Your titration is now perfectly set!
Note: If on a subsequent call you titrate the wash tank when the wash tank temp is low, the titration will be 1% higher for every 1 degree F below the temperature you at which it was originally titrated. This is because cooler water is less conductive and more chemical is now required to complete the circuit between the probe tips.
What to do if rewash % is 0%.
Train customer in the correct procedures (Wash, rewash and reclaim). 1 reclaim wash for every 3 rewash loads.

How do you set the detergent on a low temp machine (Dump and fill)
1. Set the water level
2. Run the machine, just before the drain turn the machine off.
3. Take a water sample and titrate it.
4. Adjust the cam timmer to ge the correct levels.
5. Repeat steps as needed.
How to determine a Bleachable stain.
Apply 2 to 3 drops of the 1% chlorine solution onto the middle of the stain and see if it lightens/dissapears.

1. Check the incoming voltage on each leg.
2. Check combined voltage L1-L2, L1-L3, L2-L3
3. Check the amprage of each leg with the heater running.

What product can be used as a oven cleaner and fryer boil out
Fill empty/oil free fryer with clean water to (almost) oil fill level.
Add Suma Foam Free. For best results, use 2 full bottles of Suma Foam Free in a 40 lb. capacity fryer.
Turn on fryer and heat cleaning solution to 200F.
Above this temperature the solution will begin to boil and foam excessively.
Allow to work for 20 minutes, then turn fryer off.
Drain cleaning solution.
Rinse thoroughly with clean hot water and allow to air dry.
What is the process to change a high temp sanitizing machine to a low temp liquid sanitizer?
