What do you do when a cancellation has been entered and a renewal is received tot the same month that a force place plan has already been purchased?
Remove the cancellation date and enter new end date.
Cancel the force place plan.
Reverse the RI charge on the ledger.
When a SM brings in an updated ERB showing that they've been promoted, what should we do?
Update Military Rank under the "Service Info" tab.
Order a new nameplate.
Go to "Lease Charges" under Data to update monthly recurring rent charge.
