Backpack, cubby, or desk. Somewhere safe

In the cart outside of your classroom door.
Can you come to open check out twice in one day?
No! Just once a day.
What should you do with the Chromebook when you walk from one classroom to another?
Carry it with two hands. Make sure to not walk around with it open
If you take a book off the shelf and decide you don't want it, where should you put it?
Back on the shelf, where your shelf marker is holding your spot
What are the lettered shelf dividers used for between the books?
They tell us that is the letter of the authors last name.
What does it mean to renew a book?
Extending how long you have the book checked out, allowing you more time to read it before it's overdue and subject to fines.
If it is not your library day and you want to exchange your books, when should you come?
Between 8:45-11:30 during your library week or 12:30-3 during your life skills week
If a website asks for your full name, address, or password, what should you do?
Ask a teacher before entering info; do not share passwords or private info.
If your book accidentally gets damaged or if a page tears while you are reading, what should you do?
Come tell Ms. Andrews or Mrs. Beth asap! The quicker we know the better
If you want to look up and see if we have a book in the library or if it is available, what app on your dashboard do you use to look it up?

No (We only charge for books that are damaged or lost and need to be replaced)
