Document on a body chart, daily log and/or ABC chart Notify on-call. Include in your documentation whether or not you know the circumstances of how the bruise occurred. Monitor for swelling and provide basic first aid. Document the cycle of the bruise from time of discovery until it is no longer visible.

When a motor vehicle accident occurs, what is the procedure? And what are the consequences?
Check the health, welfare and safety of individuals. Report to On-call then your assigned program specialist. Wait for EMS or ReDCo nurse to clear individuals to leave the scene. Program specialist will provide further instruction. Potential consequences are as follows: If it is your first accident it is a one day suspension and a written warning. If there is another accident within one year, termination will result.
