Someone from concierge head to the location of the incident with the first aid kit and AED. Someone be InControl of downstairs radio communication and Asking if paramedics are needed if they are call 911 and be prepared to answer the following information: What happened or condition the member is in? There approximate age, if they are responsive? If you are aware if they are on any medications or any medical history? Ask if they need you to contact emergency contact? IF paramedics are dispatched hold both doors to ensure that there is a clear path to get to the injured person. Once Paramedics leave and a person is identified to fill out the incident report. Clear the code 100 on the overhead page.
