What are the steps following AFTER the member's lab is purchased?
Look for a “How to Complete Your Lab Testing” email.
Fill out the form in that email with your background information.
Within two business days, a Quest Diagnostics phlebotomist will call the number on file with your membership to schedule your blood draw.
If applicable to your test, pick up a saliva kit at your local club and complete it at home. Freeze until your blood draw. (Applies to the “Stress Reaction & Heart Health” and the “Ultimate All-in-One” tests only).
Meet the Quest Diagnostics phlebotomist at your designated appointment time for your blood draw.Bring your completed saliva kit if applicable.
We’ll call to schedule your Registered Dietitian phone review, typically scheduled for 3 weeks from the date of your blood draw, to allow time for your results to come in.
Once the background information from your form is received and your results are processed, you will receive an email with your personalized report. This typically takes 10-14 business days from the time of your lab draw.

If applicable, your Personal Trainer or Nutrition Coach will connect with you on next steps with regards to your action plan.
