The term for a person who manages a group of learners and can view their training progress, but is not a full Litmos system admin.

The name for an individual piece of training material, such as a video or SCORM file, that makes up a course.
What is a Module?
This is the name for the digital award you receive in your profile after completing a course or learning path
What is a Certificate or Achievement
This document must be submitted to the Litmos team in order to get your course created
What is a Course Structure Document?
This notification sent when a learner has not completed a required module or assessment in the allotted time
What is a Course Reminder?
This tab is used by learners to find and enroll in optional training that is not required or assigned.
What is the Content Library?
This is the name of a sequenced collection of courses that users must complete in a specific order.
What is a Learning Path?
The standard for packaging e-learning content that allows it to communicate completion and score data with Litmos.
What is SCORM?
This group of people are initially assigned to a course to review and provide feedback prior to it being published?
What is a group of Testers
This is the common term for using your company's network login (Okta) to sign into Litmos.
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
While in the process of completing a course, clicking this button ensures not only that your progress will be stored when you come back to finish, but will allow you to resume where you left off.

The feature that forces you to complete the modules in the exact order they are listed before you can get your certificate.

This is the way a learner can search for courses based on keywords, category, or course type.
What is Filtering?
This term refers to the process of being assigned to and enrolled in a specific course within the LMS.
What is Enrollment?
This serves as a basis for a random selection of questions to give the learner a different question on the same subject.
What is a Question Bank or Question Pool?
The practice of breaking down complex topics into small, highly-focused learning segments
What is MicroLearning?
The process of syncing your completion status from Litmos to another company system to achieve certifications
