GEICO Auto Damage adjusters are required to offer Diminished Value in Georgia. The Reserve Line must be open for the Auto Damage Adjuster to issue a payment. With the release on April 16, 2016, ATLAS will now auto-open the Diminished Value Reserve Line when a Collision or Comprehensive Exposure is opened with a risk state of Georgia.

What is a deemer exposure

Several no-fault states require insurers that issue insurance policies in their states provide out-of state insureds with no-fault coverage when the insured sustains MVA-related injuries while operating his vehicle within the state. What is the process to resolve a CC 28 under a cycle policy?

Auto Damage Adjusters and the Powersports team have a current process for motorcycle claims involving accessory coverage. Therefore, it is not necessary for CSRs and Liability Adjusters to review the Coverage Condition Code (Cyclegard Endorsement On A Vehicle). CSRs and Liability Adjusters will resolve the Coverage Condition Code 28 (Cyclegard Endorsement On A Vehicle) in ATLAS without calling Cycle Coverage Gate. Enter ‘Cycle Endorsement’ in the comments section of FNOL or ATLAS Policy/Coverage page.
