How do you adjust a customer's primary payment method (PPM)?
Payment methods > Click "show all" under the ACH or CC (depending on what the customer wants) > Find the correct payment method and click "Set as Primary"
What are the four rules when adjusting someone's frequency?
1. They've made a payment since their last payment change. If not that would be considered a double frequency change and we are not allowed to do so!
2. If there is a PP, will it clear? It must, in order to make the change!
3. Is it the first payment date? You need supervisor approval for this.
4. Does the system allow what the customer is wanting? There is only so much the system will allow!
