When should maintenance requests be submitted?
Normal requests - during normal business hours or anytime online through the resident portal. These will be completed during normal maintenance hours.
Emergency requests - IMEDIATELY! Whether during or after-hours, call our office or RA On-Call ASAP so our maintenance team can respond immediately.
