Is it respectful to tell a peer you do not want to work with them? Why or why not? Why is it important to work with different people?
No, sometimes we get paired up with people who we may not be friends with, but it is not kind to say you do not want to work with them. You might find you have something in common with them or learn something new. When we get jobs, go to college, etc. we often have to work with people that we may not like, but we still have to make it work. This helps us to gain skills to work with those we may not be friends with or talk to regularly.
