I went to the lounge with my husband, my sister and my two adult children who are not on my account. Why was I told I have to pay for two of them?
You are allowed 2 free guest. You will have to pay for any additional guests.

What is: The Primary has unlimited entry. Primary may admit 2 free guests per visit. If the primary is with you, you could enter as one of the 2 free guests. If you are alone, you would pay based on location.
