Dispute Resolution-who is involved and the steps

informal problem solving

1) discuss the conflict with the employee

2) if both parties can not come up with a acceptable resolution, the complainant will bring their concerns to the manager. Managers have 2 business days to investigate concerns and respond 

3) If the complainant is not resolved in a satisfactory manner through the informal problem solving, a formal complaint may be lodged within 5 working days.  Must be done in writing-
