What is UPT? What does UPT actually even stand for?!?

UPT stands for unit per transaction. Dividing the number of items purchased by the total number of transactions for that day.

Describe the SOP of pulling restock (many correct answers)

Pull up the restock list on the RFID wands. This list can be sorted many different ways (categories, age, departments, etc.) Make sure the SKU on the list matches the SKU on the item you are picking, there are many different SKUs for core product like black align 25" size 6. Pick 20-30 items and then transfer to the floor, process (hang/fold), and run them to the floor. Depending on business needs you can leave them at fits or run them yourself.

What is NPS?

NPS is a metric that we use to get insight into our guests shopping experience. These guests are either brand new guest profiles that have opted into product notifications or a randomly selected previously made guest profiles that have opted into product notifications. They "rate" us 1-10 on a variety of metrics (overall store, educators, fitting rooms, etc) and can leave us comments as well.

What are some ways to bring NPS up? 

Opting more guests into product notification on cash. We are not legally allowed to opt them in, but we can share the benefits of opting them in. If we have a larger survey pool, one detractor or passive won't hurt our NPS score as much!

Practicing consistency with every guest. This will eliminate the perception of different treatment due to size, gender, race, etc. even though that is never our intension, sometimes that can be the guests perception. Consistency with everyone will eliminate that!

What in the world is planogram?

The most critical element to keep inventory levels accurate. Ex: planogram knows that we need 1 black swiftly long sleeve size 12 on the floor. When that item sells, that SKU will be put on the restock list all thanks to planogram!

What is the difference between PPS and BOPIS and walk me through the steps of fulfilling both.

PPS-pick pack ship. Either from a guest who buys online and has it delivered to us (ex: Jan) or we order it through BBR to deliver it here. Find the item, make sure the SKU matches and "pick" item in app by clicking the + sign. Transfer product to "OMNI orders" on BOH computer and take off sensor. Print packing slip and shipping label. Put item and packing slip in the shipping mailer, stick shipping label on package, and place package in bin for FedEx pick up!

BOPIS-buy online pick up in store. 60 minutes to complete order. Find the item, make sure the SKU matches and "pick" item in app by clicking the + sign. Transfer product to  "OMNI orders" on BOH computer and take off sensor. Print packing slip, staple slip on shopper and put item in bag. Put the shopper in our cabinet behind cash!

Someone wants to buy a mirror! How do I ring up the transcation?

Ask the guest to pull our their phone. Go to the mirror website on the guests phone. Select mirror package, delete current promo codes and enter the store code and spring promo code so that they get all the additional savings!
