  • Neither account has a derogatory status or block        
  • Neither account has a security feature (meaning, Hypothecated, Guarantor, Secured or Indexed)        
  • The product is eligible        
  • If either account has a WA CR or WA CS status, remove the status before you combine the accounts:        
    1. Removing a WA CR status            
    2. Removing a WA CS status        
  • If either account has a WA SF status, see Call and Correspondence Handling        
  • If either account has a WA ** status, do not combine the accounts. Instead, end this process
