What's the difference between a modification and an add-on?
Modification involves an item part of the menu item and cost to make that item. Add-on, is an upcharge, a way to drive revenue, and is adding something that isn't already apart of that menu item.
Modification doesn't affect food cost, and add-on does.
Who do we get our food orders from and on what days?
Sysco, tues, sometimes Thursdays
Describe a recap sheet vs. standing sheet? Name @ least 2 things you can find on either (can't be the same things)
Recap sheet, is where one bowler from one of the teams records the scores for both teams bowling on that pair. You can find their current average and handicap, team name
Standing sheet, is a recap sheet of the scores from the previous week as well as current stats of bowlers for the league. You can find, lane assignments for current and next week, leaderboards, averages, points, announcements

3 hours for a lane reservation; 3 days for an event

traditional leagues are 32-36 weeks, short season leagues are 12-16 weeks
an extension is additional items added and paid for on the day of the event.
