What is how I believe how you act to others is all about how you feel inside about yourself. This doesnt just apply to the whole bullying saying, but it also applies to so many other things in one’s life. Kindness is pretty obvious. If I am kind to myself in a humble way, that is going to reflect on the people I am around. It’s pretty similar with positivity. The more I look for the positivity, the more I find it around me. Nothing is all bad, because if it were, God wouldn’t let it happen. So as long as I can look for the good in everything, then that’s where the positivity comes from. but the positivity stems from optimism, which is the hope for the positivity in the world. The optimism is the belief in the world and that there is good in everything in it.
